Overview
Da Nang is central Vietnam’s largest city and air hub, famed for the long My Khe Beach. Downtown, Dragon Bridge puts on evening fire/water shows; nearby are the Marble Mountains and Ba Na Hills (cable car and Golden Bridge). Many travellers use Da Nang as a base for Hoi An and Hue, but it’s also ideal if you want a resort-and-beach rhythm.
