Overview
Hoi An Ancient Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site and once a bustling trading port. Yellow walls, timber shophouses and the Thu Bon River glow under thousands of lanterns after dusk. By day visit assembly halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge and old merchant houses; by night float a paper lantern or dine by the river. An Bang Beach and rice-field bike loops sit just outside town.
